If you are interested in representing your house in the P6 Inter-House Games 2018, please register by clicking the respective links on the right hand column of the Houses Blog.. Registration closes on Tuesday 24th October 2018 at 930pm.
The games you can choose are
Mixed Frisbee,
Mixed Soccer ,
Table tennis (individual),
Mixed Table Tennis (doubles),
Mixed Badminton (doubles),
Mixed Captain's Ball and Mixed Basketball.
Games will only commence if there are enough teams (at least one team per house / player/s (at least one player per house or doubles per house) and they will be carried out during recess or an allocated day / time. The fixtures and timings will be made known to the captains.
Mixed Frisbee, Mixed Soccer, Mixed Captain's Ball will be 5 aside. (Maximum 8 players can register. Each pupil registering will earn the house 10 points)
Further rules will be disseminated before the fixtures.
You are allowed to participate in more than one game (unlike ICG) but you will need to use the same form to register and choose the other game that you or your team wishes to participate in as well.

7-aside Primary 5 and 6 Inter-House Soccer (Hong Wen World Cup Edition) during recess - Closing Date for registration is 29th June 2018
The theme for this tournament is 'Kick Drugs out of our life!' and your team has to 'adopt' any country as this is a special Hong Wen World Cup edition. For the country you have chosen, you have to answer a question about the country before you play each match.
i) There must be a minimum of 7 pupils of any gender. You may register up to 10 pupils.
ii) Each house may submit up to two teams. You will play at the ISH unless it is raining. Each game is only 10 minutes long.
iii) Each registration will be awarded ten points towards the overall house points. Remember, if you submit 10 players you will get 100 registration points for your house.
iv) If you are punished by your teacher for any reason and held back during recess, ie not submitting your homework, not paying attention in class etc, you will not be allowed to represent your house for that game.
v)Throw ins are not allowed. Only kick-ins are allowed. There is no goalkeeper.
vi)These will be self-refereeing games. Each team has to abide by all rules and settle disputes among themselves. They may consult the PE teachers if they wish to clarify certain matters but the final decisions are to be made by the two teams.
vii) These games will be using a league table format where a win will give you three points and a draw will give you one point. A better goal difference will be used to determine the winner if teams have the same number of points at the end of the inter-house games. The eight teams will be drawn into 2 groups.
The top two teams from each group will enter the semi-finals.

Primary 6 Inter-House Mixed Frisbee 2017
The theme for this tournament is Flick Drugs out of our life!
i) There must be a minimum of 5 pupils. You may register up to 8 pupils. Remember, if you submit 8 players you will get 70 registration points.
ii) Each house can submit up to three teams. For example, if Blue House submits three teams, their team names will be changed to Blue House 1 and Blue House 2 etc
iii) Each pupil registered will be awarded ten points each towards the overall house points.
iv) If you are punished by your teacher for any reason and held back during recess, ie not submitting your homework, not paying attention in class etc, you will not be allowed to represent your house for that game as you are not following the school value of respect.
v)These will be self-refereeing games. Each team has to abide by all rules and settle disputes among themselves. They may consult the PE teachers if they wish to clarify certain matters but the final decisions are to be made by the two teams.
vi) These games will be using a league table format where a win will give you three points and a draw will give you one point. A better goal difference will be used to determine the winner if teams have the same number of points at the end of the inter-house games.There will be two groups of 6 (if 12 teams register). The top 2 of each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
vii) At any one time during the game there should be a minimum of 2 girls playing. You may have to register at least 3 girls so that if one gets injured you will still be able to have 2 girls playing.
viii) Roll in substitution No limit.
ix) Each game's total duration is ten minutes. There are no halves.
x) Team captain's must get their team ready and come up by Staircase 2 (near the table tennis tables) with their whole team and get them seated and organised and wait outside the ISH. Supporters are allowed to be seated at the seating gallery.
xi) The playing area is the boundary of two badminton courts.
